Secure Patient Delivery

 

1. Secure Patient Transportation of Texas, LLC has a strict zero-tolerance policy for any intoxicating 

substances. We do a drug test upon hiring, random tests, and annual as well. If a driver is suspected of being intoxicated with any substance, we will pull him/her off trips and they will do an immediate drug test at our contracted facility. If found positive, we will terminate the driver with no chance of rehire.

2. We provide shuttle services for those who need assistance when walking i.e. wheelchairs.

3. To report a complaint to the City of Dallas, call 3-1-1.

4.  $5.00 base rate, 25¢ per mile. Rates include curb to curb service.
